What is digitizing?
Digitizing is the process of converting artwork or a logo to a readable design for our embroidery machine This is a one-time setup fee unless changes are made to the design.
Do you offer custom embroidery?
Yes! We create high-quality custom embroidery on apparel, accessories, and more. We can work with your logo, design, or create something new
What kind of artwork do you need?
We prefer high-resolution files such as .PDF, or PNG. If you're unsure about your file, send it over and we’ll let you know if it’s usable. Low-res files may require additional digitizing fees.
Can you add to existing embroidery or remove existing embroidery?
No, we do not add to existing embroidery or remove any existing embroidery.
Returns
What is your return policy?
All sales are final due to the custom nature of our work. However, if we make a mistake, we will replace the item at no cost. Errors based on client-provided info are not eligible for replacement or refund.
